Eleven years ago the acts of a few changed the lives of thousands.
On Sept. 11, 2001, terrorism struck America — the World Trade Centers crumbled to the ground, the Pentagon burned and a plane went down in the middle of a field.
Although many students were only in elementary school, they still remember the day vividly. Eleven years later students still recall where they were and what they were doing when they found out about the attacks.
