A moist and healthy dessert to share with your roommates, friends and family.
Ingredients:
-1/2 cup vegan butter
-1 teaspoon of vanilla
extract
-3/4 cup of almond milk
-1 teaspoon of apple cider
vinegar
-1/2 cup of coconut sugar
-1/2 cup of maple syrup
-1 1/2 cup of coconut flour
-1 teaspoon of baking soda
-1 teaspoon baking soda
-1 teaspoon ground
cinnamon
-1 teaspoon ground ginger
-1 teaspoon ground cloves
-1 teaspoon ground
nutmeg
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven 350 degrees
2.Combine maple syrup, coconut sugar, almond milk and vanilla in a large bowl.
3. In a small bowl, Mix in coconut flour, baking soda, ginger, cloves and nutmeg.
4. Transfer dry ingredients into larger bowl and mix well with wet ingredients.
5. Scoop into lined cupcake pan filling each to 3/4 of the way.
6. Bake to 23-25 minutes. Let the cupcakes cool before serving.
