Valentine’s Day is a holiday often filled with love and appreciation. Flowers delivered to the door, enormous heart shaped chocolates and endless messages of gratification. For some, however, the run up to Valentine’s Day is filled with angst and pressure to ensure they find that perfect way to say, “I love you,” to their partner.
